Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into action on the 25th May 2018. The regulations state the information Fierce Elite Cheerleading must provide to customers and staff about how we process their personal data.

These requirements are about ensuring that privacy information is clear and understandable for data subjects. They also make explicit what has always been set out as good practice.

When you contact Fierce Elite Cheerleading for information via email, we will use this address in order to send you information about our services.  If you choose to become a member, we will request permission to contact you with information relevant to your membership.

If you do not choose to become a member, your information will be deleted from out system.

When you contact Fierce Elite for information via our website proforma, the data is sent to Fierce Elite and managed as above. It will also be safely stored on the Fierce Elite WordPress website on a secure database. At any time, a customer / site visitor can, on request, be provided with a file of their data or delete their data from the database entirely.

If you would like to become a member, we will ask for the following information, in order to complete your membership:

  • Name of the athlete participating
  • Email or email of parent or carer (if under 18)
  • Telephone Number or telephone number of parent or carer (if under 18)
  • Address
  • Medical Information relevant to participating in sport
  • Emergency contact information

Additional privacy permissions, including use of image, will be requested at this time.

Payment is processed via PayPal or GoCardless. We do not store any payment details of customers.
