Financial Policy

 I. All prices listed are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

II. Monthly fees are due on or before the 1st of the month, unless otherwise stated.

III. Fees which have gone unpaid over 7 working days will incur a £5 late fee.

IV. Athletes with an overdue balance will not be allowed to participate in the training session.

V. Fees are subject to change. Members will be given two weeks notice of any increase.

VI. Refunds will not be given for monthly subs paid for via direct debit.

VII. Refunds will not be given for custom made or personalised gear items.

VIII. Competition fees and ticket refunds follow the competition organisers’ policy and are up to their discretion.

Uniform Policy

I. Uniform items can take between 11-15 weeks to arrive. Some of these products are custom made in America, so can take time.

II. Late arrival of uniforms is the fault of the uniform company, therefore Fierce Elite cannot offer refunds should gear arrive late.

III. Sizing is the responsibility of the athlete/carer. Should the incorrect size be ordered, at the fault of the parent/carer Fierce Elite is unable to offer a refund.

IV. Training kit must be worn to all training sessions as per your team specifications.

V. Competition kit must be worn to all training sessions as per your team specifications.

VI. Hair must be tied up away from the face when participating. Jewellery of any kind may not be warn. Nails must be cut short.
